I spent almost 10 years at MAN Truck & Bus SE, beginning with vocational training as an industrial clerk and later working in fleet management within product marketing. Coordinating an international demonstration fleet, contributing to projects and representing the company at trade fairs taught me how organisations, stakeholders and operational processes come together in practice.
Alongside an Industrial Specialist (IHK) / Bachelor Professional of Management for Industry (CCI) qualification, I am studying Informatics & Design at Munich University of Applied Sciences. The programme has added service design, UX research, software development and digital prototyping to my business and industry background. An exchange semester in Amsterdam broadened this perspective through focused UX work.
During my Audi internship in Virtual Design Validation, I worked across design, engineering and management and gained practical exposure to Power Automate. This strengthened my interest in digital transformation: understanding the real process first, then choosing an appropriate tool or system.
My bachelor thesis work on the Human-Agent Service Blueprint brings these interests together. It explores how teams can qualify AI use cases, allocate tasks between people, automation and AI, and make oversight and responsibility explicit. I also use n8n for practical workflow exploration and continue learning about agentic systems without treating automation as an end in itself.
Outside of this work, photography and video remain an important part of how I observe, communicate and create. Inspired by my father, a professional photographer, I have spent many years building a portfolio through personal and client projects.
